Fraud filters when placing orders
To protect customers again card fraud we use sophisticated filters when placing and completing orders based on information received from Visa, Mastercard and PayPal to determine if an order can be shipped or not. This may result in the order(s) being cancelled and automatically refunded as a preventative measure or to protect against potential fraud.
We take card security extremely seriously and adopt a preventative measure at several stages of checkout and payment processing to ensure we protect our customers.
In the event your order is cancelled and automatically refunded an email will be sent at time of purchase notifying you of this. At this time if you feel this has been made in error you can contact us via email or our support telephone number where we can inspect your order and advice an alternative checkout method.
Payment Methods for Checkout
When proceeding though the checkout you can either use PayPal's Express Checkout or pay directly on our website through PayPal's Secure Integrated checkout. Based on which payment option is chosen, in combination with your card type used, our system will determine where your order can be delivered too. We support both Visa and Mastercard when checking out through our website or you can checkout through your PayPal account using Express Checkout and opt to use any of your chosen PayPal saved payment methods.
